Review: Aurora Grimeon has found herself on an island full of mystical Hoodoo, an American form of magic. The hoodoo itself is a combination of many different cultures, just like America itself. As Aurora tries to find her place in this swampy land, she makes friends and connects with a relative she has just met. There's even a friendly raccoon.
I really enjoyed the Hoodoo in this comic. The art style added to the mystical marsh feel of the story. The residents of the island are all larger than life characters.
I give this comic a 3/5 and suggest it to readers, both young and old, who like stories of creepy Southern magic.
